Community Care of Wake and Johnston Counties is one the pilot networks for a Kate B Reynolds funded Pediatric Obesity Prevention Initiative. The initiative provides tools for clinicians as they follow clinical practice guidelines in the assessment, prevention, and management of overweight and obesity. In addition to clinical resources, CCWJC keeps a list of community resources for children and families. CCWJC also provides a list of childhood obesity resources (word doc) for children and families in Wake and Johnston Counties.
