Day Three:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Milk AM Snack: Fig Bar and ½ banana

Look familiar? We pretty much have 2 breakfasts and fruit and granola bar or cheese for snack. It's not bad, but it's a little strange not to have more choice.
Lunch: I had packed salad and black beans but had a meeting. They had lunch there, so I certainly ate that—salad, ½ turkey sandwhich and a mini cupcake—perfect carrot cake in 2 bites. We hadn’t planned any sweets/treats into our healthy menu. It’s not something we eat every day, but when the option isn’t there…
Afternoon Snack: I had some popcorn that my mom bought us. I figured it was ok because the whole bag only cost $2 and we had had $8 leftover. We each took $4. I got some coffee and my sister got some iced tea (she typically drinks diet soda and tea—she is not drinking the soda this week. I pretty much just drink coffee and water…)

Dinner:
1 whole wheat tortilla with albacore tuna steak and grilled onions and peppers. It was delicious. We let ourselves have salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil as staples. We figured people are bound to have a few condiments around.
