AHA invites you to Dig In, our third annual event featuring the down and dirty on how to build and maintain and sustain community gardens in the Triangle!
Come discover the benefits of building a sustainable garden in your neighborhood, workplace, school, place of worship or your own backyard! Learn, network and break ground on a movement that cultivates community and great local, healthy food.
Workshops and Educational Booths
Join us for workshops featuring local urban farming experts and interactive, educational booths. This year, Dig In features workshops in two tracks:
- Track 1: Starting a Community Garden
- Track 2: Taking Your Garden to the Next Level
While the workshop is intended for adults (and interested teens), Marbles Kids Museum gardeners and staff invite the community to join in fun family gardening in Castaway Cove Kids Garden at the museum as well.
