AHA is so proud of the progress schools in Wake County are making to create and sustain a healthier environment for students and staff!

September 30 Workshop: Award Information

AHA will host a free workshop on Sept. 30 at 10-11 am and again at 5:30-6 pm in Raleigh for school administrators, teachers and PTA representatives to learn more about these award opportunities.

The workshop will be held at the YMCA of the Triangle, 801 Corporate Center Dr., Suite 290, Raleigh.

2014 Wellness Star Winners

Award applications are not due until March 15, 2015, but schools can assess their environment this fall and work towards their goals during the school year. Winning schools will be recognized on April 16, and all winning schools receive a banner to display at school and community recognition.
