On the Trail to Health June 14 at American Tobacco Trail

Wake County Parks Recreation and Open Space invites the community to a FREE event celebrating healthy lifestyles!  “On the Trail to Health” will take place on Saturday, June 14, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the White Oak Parking Area, 1305 White Oak Church Road, Apex. (919-387-2117)

Vendors will lead participants in a number of fun demonstrations and hands on activities, including a Scavenger Hunt for kids.

TORC (Triangle Off Road Cyclists) will lead a bike ride on the ATT from 9am to 11am, starting from the White Oak Parking Area. This ride is open to all skill levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please RSVP on the TORC Meet-Up page:

Listen to the contemporary acoustic tunes by CityFolk from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
