Wake County Community Forums May 16: Register!

Join Wake County on Thursday, May 16, 5:30-8 pm for the Wake County Community Health Assessment Needs Forum, offered in five locations:

  • Central: WakeMed Andrews Center, Raleigh (Spanish and American Sign Language interpretation services available)  
  • Eastern: WCHS East Regional Center, Zebulon
  • Western: Cary Senior Center, Cary
  • Northern: New Bethel Baptist Church, Rolesville
  • Southern: Wake County Southern Regional Center, Fuquay-Varina

Refreshments will be provided, and you may register online or by calling 919-250-4558.

Important issues for our community concerning physical, behavioral, mental, economic, education, and environmental health have been identified using information collected through surveys, focus groups, and existing statistics. It’s time for the next step – for our communities to identify priority issues and resources that may help address those issues. Your participation is vital!
