Two items of interest related to school wellness!

First, Action for Healthy Kids and its partners are offering grants for the 2013-2014 school year to support increased participation in school breakfasts and funding for more physical activity for students.  Awards will be given to over 400 schools ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Application deadline: April 19.

Tips for Applying for the Grant
