April Is Fit Cary Month!

Fit Cary Logo w Tag Process (300 pixel)This April the Town of Cary challenges its citizens to Get Fit, Be Fit, and Stay Fit during Fit Cary Month, and it is helping along the way with a variety of opportunities! This calendar of events includes many free events and ways for you to get educated and get active.  Challenge yourself to pick at least one activity per week to participate in.

At tonight’s Town Council meeting, Carol Mitchell of Wake County Cooperative Extension and AHA’s Executive Committe, will accept the town’s Fit Cary Month proclamation. A few higlights of the month include the
