Free Seeds for Edible School Gardens

The Hart Seed CompanyHartSeeds in Connecticut  has started a Donations Department to distribute surplus seeds from its previous season to schools for  just the cost of shipping and handling. Seed is available in sets of 100 assorted packets including cucumber, tomato, peppers, assorted lettuces, cabbage, broccoli, herbs, radishes, carrots, beets, corn, beans, peas and more. The company will make every effort to accommodate schools’ requests.

Schools are asked to complete this donations form and attach a copy of their tax exempt form with number to their order.
