Holiday Resources Part 2: Valentine’s Day and Easter

heartsValentine’s Day is just around the corner! Children across Wake County will be celebrating at fun parties.

Consider the ideas in this new AHA resource, What’s Does a Healthy Heart Need This Valentine’s Day?   as an alternative to lots of chocolate and sugar.

Child care centers, preschools, elementary schools, scouting troops, after school programs, wellness committees and anyone planning Valentine’s Day festivities will find the flier helpful.

AHA partners who serve on the AHA Community Connections Work Group developed this resource, along with several others to help our community put a healthier spin on holidays.
